Incredible! I cannot express how amazing Chef Carlos and his team were in helping me surprise my husband with our wedding menu as an anniversary present. To top it off, they served it at the picturesque location we've always dreamt of! Chef Carlos' creativity and ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges (such as serving hot dishes in cold weather without any electricity) were exceptional. His execution was beyond my wildest expectations in terms of the details, experience, and food quality. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, punctual, and had a delightful personality. I am already dreaming up excuses to work with him again! If I could, I would give him more stars.

I invited Carlos over for a delightful dinner date at my house, and it was an exceptional experience. Carlos came fully prepared with all the necessary materials, including the delicious food, and was incredibly friendly.
