Their response time was astonishing and the level of communication throughout the service was exceptional. Kent was incredibly considerate, ensuring that I was kept informed of his processes and timeframes, while the issue of cost was always made clear from the beginning, leaving no room for doubts.

It's hard to come across services these days that are as accommodating as Pool Scouts of McKinney. They were able to work around my budget and requests with ease. I had requested a one hour service to take care of the calcium buildup, and they promptly sent someone over for the necessary maintenance. The transaction was simple and straightforward, with my card being charged, no fuss. Needless to say, I'll definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

The work done was of good quality and Kent was both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. However, in my opinion, the pricing was unreasonable. I was charged $139 for troubleshooting, even though I had already determined that the check valve was not the issue. The technician quickly determined that there was something else that needed to be replaced, which was understandable but costed extra. There was also a $6 fuel surcharge, which I believe should have been included in the initial $139 fee. Additionally, there was a $21 charge for taxes. While the technician was skilled, I would prefer to use a different company in the future.

Prompt response and reasonable pricing were provided. I intend to use their services in the future.

They addressed all of our inquiries and assisted in the preparations of our pool for the upcoming summer season.
