Our pet care services are characterized by reliability, caring, and professionalism. We provide a range of services, including dog boarding, dog walking, pet sitting, and pet transportation. As an animal lover, I have always had a deep passion for pets, owning several of my own over the years. Sadly, I lost my dear dog, Pongo, to cancer, but this tragedy provided the impetus for me to fulfill my lifelong dream and establish a pet care business. Pongo's memory remains at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in delivering outstanding care to every animal that comes under our care. We are grateful to our customers for entrusting their beloved pets to us and for supporting our business endeavors.

Annette is a fantastic individual whom my trio of young dogs adore. She is gentle yet authoritative, and adept at handling my three energetic pooches who are all nearing two years old. Her communication is excellent should there be any alterations to their schedule. Every day, my furry friends eagerly await her arrival for their daily amble and will linger by the window watching for her. Annette delivers an outstanding service!

I am required to be away from our dog for nearly 12 hours twice a week, and since I live more than 30 minutes away, I cannot simply return home whenever there's an emergency. Nonetheless, I have complete confidence in Pongo's Pet Services to look after Daisy while I'm gone. They are extremely competent, trustworthy, and genuinely possess a fondness for our furry friend. :)

Immediately after receiving my urgent request for services, Annette reached out to me. I was extremely stressed trying to find someone to take care of my dogs after a previous arrangement fell through, but Annette was responsive and supportive throughout the process. Despite my last-minute dog emergency, she remained courteous, accommodating, and understanding. The service provided is consistently excellent! It is apparent that my furry companions are not only well looked after, but also cherished by the caregiver. There have been times when I required an impromptu walk for my pets, and she has always been obliging. The fee charged is extremely fair. On the rare occasion when the walk has to be cut short because of unexpected factors such as poor weather or a pet emergency, she immediately informs me and compensates for it during the next visit. Moreover, I enjoy seeing the photographs that she shares of my pets!
