Presently, I work as a part-time assistant for a general contractor and have ample experience in carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing sheetrock, replacing interior hardware, installing overhead fixtures, undertaking minor plumbing and electrical work, and more. For optimal efficiency and time-management, I prefer to work without any occupants in the home or dwelling to avoid the risks posed by chemicals. My top priority is addressing the occupants' requests and expectations. Any remaining time or pre-paid services will be allocated meticulously based on my best judgment for other areas. Additionally, I will not open drawers, cabinets, or doors that are closed, and I do not undertake tasks such as putting away laundry due to Covid-related concerns of entering another home.
