Throughout the process, Polar Bear Energy (PBE) has been exceptional. I submitted three quotes through CrackerJack, and Nate from PBE was the only one who provided a detailed quote that explained what he believed would need to be done in addition to shingle replacement. He also addressed any clean-up issues related to the house's location among trees, rather than simply sending numbers. Moreover, he included pictures and moisture-level data of surrounding areas. His quote was priced as expected. Despite the challenges of remote project management in the midst of COVID-19, Nate's personal approach using phone communication kept me informed throughout. On install day, the manager Joe regularly updated me on progress. He even added a vent for my upstairs bathroom, as he noticed it was without one, without any added cost. There were a few issues with the roof vents, which I wouldn't have noticed, but Joe rectified them and brought them to my attention. The installation was impressive, with neat shingles and an immaculate site clear-up. My neighbor inspected the work and commented that "It is a very, very, very good job!" Polar Bear Energy truly is a professional outfit from start to finish. They have reinstalled my confidence in contractors, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Nate and Joe!

In addition, I would like to emphasize the importance of punctuality. Nate, the estimated professional, paid attention to my request. However, I was quite dismayed with the various estimators who provided their bids without proper data or with discrepancies from our initial discussion. Nonetheless, I am eager to collaborate with PB and express gratitude towards Nate.
