I've never dealt with a contractor who communicated as well as they did. They pinpointed a few significant problems with our budget heat pump, and presented us with the choice to either repair the issues or replace the unit entirely. We decided to opt for the latter, in order to put an end to our unit's many malfunctions. They recently finished installing our new Trane heat pump, which is backed by a 10-year warranty for both parts and labor. All three technicians I worked with were fantastic, sociable and trustworthy individuals. Pol's has been added to my list of trusted contractors. Thank you!

After our recent move, we discovered that there were holes in some of the ductwork located in our crawl space. Upon contacting Nathan, he promptly assessed the damage, gave us a quote, and had a team of workers fixing it the very next day. Despite the fact that the total cost ended up being more than the initial quote, Nathan and his team generously completed all necessary repairs without charging us for the additional work. Their professionalism and exceptional service are deserving of repeat business.
