I cannot express how much I admire Jim. Initially, I had my doubts since we planned on changing a purple room to yellow, and Jim only had one review on CrackerJack. However, I am thrilled I decided to hire him! Jim was consistently on time every day, even arriving early. He responded to messages within minutes or an hour at most, and treated both humans and pets with kindness and respect. His rates were also reasonable.
