My plan was to get a new toilet put in, but I encountered a major issue with the old flange on my concrete floor which was on the verge of deterioration. Due to this problem, I had to alter my original plans. However, Karin was able to resolve the issue by installing a new wax seal which effectively put an end to the leakage. He displayed a high level of professionalism and had extensive experience on the matter, successfully addressing all my concerns and queries. If I plan to purchase another toilet in the future, I will definitely opt for Karin's service again due to the excellent job he performed. His work exceeded my expectations, and I was more than satisfied with the end result.

I am only able to choose three qualities, but I wanted to select all five for this particular individual. In addition to the three selected, I would also like to add that he was punctual - arriving 10 minutes early and even calling ahead to inform us. Furthermore, he provided a fair value for the service that was rendered. Upon completion, he even sent me a picture and allowed me to pay via Zelie. He is truly exemplary and I intend to hire him as my apartment manager, and perhaps even for my personal residence.
