Arnaldo's installation of my new dishwasher was superb! Although the unit was slightly taller than the opening, he skillfully cut some tile and put in extra effort to ensure a perfect fit. He paid great attention to detail and executed the job flawlessly, resulting in a fantastic end result. In addition to the installation, he even added a dedicated outlet. Overall, I am very pleased with Arnaldo's work and strongly recommend him to others.

Although I thought the job was excellently executed, I was a bit surprised by the final charge. The technician worked from 10 am to 2 pm, dealing with some difficulties caused by worn-out plumbing. He had to go to Lowe's to get replacement parts which cost me $45. The total bill came out to $555, which was quite a bit higher than the $180 installation estimate I was given online. Even considering the extra work needed to replace old fixtures, that still amounts to roughly $138 per hour. On top of this, when I attempted to replace something beneath the sink that evening, I discovered a newly repaired pipe was leaking water. The technician had warned me of a possible issue due to another old pipe, so I contacted him and he arrived soon after to correct the issue. The second invoice came to $180, and he was kind enough to waive the cost of the second replacement part. I understand that CrackerJack imposes an additional fee on its clients - is this the reason for the increase from the original estimate? If so, I don't recall being notified of the additional charge. I don't have any complaints about the service provided, which was superb. My only concern was the initial invoice, as it just specified the total cost of $550 without listing the itemized expenses. While I requested an itemized receipt, there was still no breakdown between the installation cost and the additional repair cost. He took care of the entire process, from picking up the new dishwasher to removing the old one and installing the new appliance. Throughout the installation, Arnaldo was in constant communication with us, providing timely updates on his whereabouts and progress. He even went out of his way to purchase the proper hose that was missing. We were impressed with the thoroughness of his work and how he left the area clean after completion. Arnaldo connected the BEKO dishwasher to the plumbing with great attention to detail. It's currently challenging to find a skilled professional who can install an appliance quickly, with the kind of care that Arnaldo had demonstrated. We wholeheartedly recommend him and would definitely choose him again for future jobs.
