In less than three months, I empower young basketball players between 10 and 14 to shed their apprehension and become assertive competitors while conquering their fear of errors. Our program begins by conducting a 360 Player Assessment, which encompasses a consultation session, video analysis of previous games, and a 30-minute evaluation on the court. Utilizing the results obtained from this evaluation, we determine the most pressing aspects that require development and create measurable goals for enhancing these three areas based on the initial evaluation results.
