Hi there, my name is Chef Ashley and I specialize in providing meal prepping solutions for your daily meals, catering services for events, brunch, hors d'oeuvres, and small to large charcuterie boards. Additionally, I offer holiday food prepping that will surely leave a lasting impression on your guests. With my customized menus and handpicked ingredients, you can sit back and relax while I handle all the hassle.
My passion for cooking started at a young age while working in various restaurants from Saint Petersburg to Miami on Florida's gulf coast. However, my grandmother was the most influential cook in my life. Cooking with her instilled in me the value of food in bringing people together.
In 2018, I moved to Chicago where I discovered my love for being a Personal Chef. I enjoy creating personalized menus for my clients that keep things fun and fresh. Helping to ease someone's day by delivering delicious food to their table is something I take pride in.
Recently, in the Summer of 2022, I decided to return to Florida and now, I am thrilled to serve you fabulous food once again on the gulf coast.

For our son's first birthday, we engaged Ashley's catering service, and we were impressed with her professionalism. We found her dishes to be delicious, and she charged us a reasonable price. However, our residence had many stairs, making it challenging for Ashley to get in and out of the kitchen to prepare for the party. Nevertheless, she went about her job with a smile and served everything on time. Ashley was vigilant, replenishing trays, cleaning up as she went, and afterward, leaving everything in immaculate condition. Interestingly, some guests arrived late, but they got to enjoy warm food. Our experience with Ashley's catering was fantastic, and we strongly recommend her.

For a bachelorette party I organized in Fort Myers, Ashley prepared the food. Despite having another chef cancel at the last moment, she not only agreed to take us on, but also adjusted her schedule when I mistakenly sent her the wrong date. She went out of her way to assist us. Above all, the most critical thing was that the food was exceptional. Even a week later, we're still raving about her coconut rice and the pineapple aioli shrimp. I strongly advise booking Plated Per Palate!

My mother's birthday was coming up and I was eager to organize a unique surprise, but it was complicated since I lived far away. However, Ashley made things effortless for me. She reached out to my mother to coordinate the details of the menu and schedule. My mom loved the experience and couldn't stop praising the wonderful meal.
