My folks hired Planetary Movers to transfer their furnishings and belongings to a storage facility. It was an excellent experience with highly professional services. The team successfully relocated a piano from one second floor to another without any hassle. Despite my mistake in communicating the floor number and calling both locations as the first floor, they showed no complaints and remained courteous throughout the process. I am extremely satisfied with the service that was provided by Planetary Movers during my moving process on March 1st, 2023! They were prompt and efficient, sending a team of three movers and a large truck to transport our belongings, even exceeding our initial expectations by handling more items than we had originally planned. Although the estimated time was slightly exceeded by 30 minutes, their quick and careful disassembly/reassembly of furniture and packaging of delicate objects such as glass tops, televisions, and computer monitors was remarkable. Additionally, I was concerned about parking at the new apartment, but they efficiently handled the situation in less than ten minutes. It was worth every penny spent on their service!
