The services I provide include experience, skill and attentiveness. I have created menus for various establishments, customized cocktails for events based on client preferences and used fresh ingredients whenever possible. Upon request, I can extract my own juice, create my own infused syrups or make house-infused cordials. I have extensive experience in catering to events held in private homes, off-site locations and professional venues.
My reasons for pursuing this profession include my desire to attend to your specific interests and objectives for the occasion. I strive to make every guest feel valued and special while in their host's home. For me, service work provides an opportunity to positively impact those around me, which is a fulfilling endeavor. I have seen firsthand how the appropriate service can greatly enhance social settings, allowing people to connect with each other meaningfully. It brings me immense joy to facilitate these interactions.

Michael did a fantastic job by taking care of us on multiple nights at a beautiful house in Port Aransas where I hosted a small event with a private chef, bartender, and face painter. His setup made a lasting impression and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Michael is absolutely incredible! Initially, I was anxious about using CrackerJack to locate a suitable person for my needs. Since I reside out of state, it was difficult to arrange a party from afar. However, once we conversed, Michael made me feel at ease. I reached out to him numerous times leading up to our event, yet his presence surpassed all of our expectations! He was an absolute sensation at my party, sparking conversations amongst my guests who still rave about how friendly and amazing he was. Michael also engaged with our guests, which they adored.
