Pitchfork Custom Tuning

Richard did an exceptional job tuning my big old upright grand piano this week, and I am extremely content! The instrument hasn't been tuned in a decade, but he approached the task with great care and skill, resulting in outstanding sound quality and superior touch. Despite fearing that additional repairs would be needed, he completed the work within the initially quoted price. He was also a delightful collaborator, offering valuable insights about my antique piano and sharing performance-related knowledge from his professional background. Richard was amazing! He promptly responded to us and even adjusted his schedule for us when we asked for a change in time on the day of. He spent around two hours working on our piano, and it was evident that he did a great job (our piano desperately needed to be tuned!). Since it's a very dry season, we plan on inviting him to come back during the summer.
