Hi there, my name is Ian but you may know me as Pirate Chef. Originally from Stroud, Gloucestershire in the UK, I have been cooking professionally for the past 22 years at esteemed establishments such as The Bull & Last, The Dorchester, Stephen Starr, Google, and the Mandarin Oriental hotel group. In 2019, I relocated to Denver to be closer to my family and to take on the role of Head Chef at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. I wholeheartedly believe that food is meant to be shared and savored.

I am completely blown away by Ian's work! The food he prepared for my dad's 80th birthday party was simply incredible! I requested all southern cuisine and Ian delivered beyond my expectations with his amazing ideas and quick responses. Each guest had their personal favorite dish, and there was more than enough food to go around. I wholeheartedly recommend Ian without any hesitation.
