My name is Patryk Piekarczyk, and I specialize in assisting men in their 20s and 30s to burn stubborn fat and gain muscle without having to spend endless hours on the treadmill or cutting out their favorite foods.
My services are more than just about offering a training session. All clients receive a comprehensive package that includes a nutrition assessment, a movement screen, a periodized training program, access to our training app, and a performance nutrition ebook.
What differentiates me is that, unlike other trainers, I don't just offer a quick fix. After our initial assessment session, I create a long-term progressive training and nutrition plan to ensure results that last.
I have a strong foundation in the field, having acquired the following credentials and experience over the years: ACSM certified personal trainer, Certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), BS in Dietetics, and an ongoing MS in Nutrition & Exercise Science. Additionally, I have been a personal trainer for five years and have completed an internship with Division One (UW-Madison) strength and conditioning.
