They made our Christmas photo session go smoothly and performed admirably.

When working with Pink Sea Photography, scheduling and flexibility were a breeze. The process of hiring through CrackerJack, sorting out logistics, and discussing my desired session and package options with them went smoothly. However, on the day of the photoshoot, I was surprised to be greeted by a photographer who was neither Jess nor Naomi, whom I had thought I was hiring based on their website. There had been no indication that a third person would be taking our photos. Unfortunately, this photographer was unfamiliar with the process of delivering our photo gallery or a timeline for edits. Though not necessarily poor, the photos we received did not reflect the same aesthetic as what was depicted on Pink Sea's website. Additionally, it took longer than anticipated to receive our gallery, despite inquiries. I noticed a few images that could have benefited from more attention to detail and editing, such as distracting hair strands. Overall, I would recommend Pink Sea for vacation photos but suggest asking many questions upfront, such as the level of editing provided.

We got in touch with the photographer months prior to our vacation. Communication through text and email was excellent up until our appointment date. We had to reschedule due to rain, but the photographer was very accommodating to our schedule. We are thrilled with our family photos ❤

Booking with Pink Sea was a smart decision as we acquired some splendid family photographs during the vacation. Jess managed our children and pet dog brilliantly, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend their services!

The photos turned out amazing, even the unappealing ones were enhanced with lovely scenic backgrounds using photoshop and looked amazing!
