Rey arrived promptly and was highly attentive. The flooring appears excellent with a slight variation in color at the periphery, which he clarified as being caused by a distinct sandpaper. Furthermore, he added a second coating before the first could dry completely, causing a few areas to be uneven, but the outcome is appealing overall.

Working with Rey and his crew was an exceptional experience. When Rey came out to provide a quote, his pricing was very competitive. In my historic home, he refinished approximately 1200 sq ft of long leaf pine to the highest standard. Rey was always punctual, excellent at communication, patient as I chose stain options, and accommodating of last-minute alterations. The quality of the work and repairs was top-notch, resulting in beautiful results. As I write this review, Rey is putting the finishing touches on the flooring job. I enlisted him to lay down engineered wood planks on my stairs and second floor, and I couldn't be more impressed with him and his crew. They worked efficiently and competently, completing the job in just two days. It's refreshing to work with someone who not only delivers on their promises but also does so with a pleasant disposition. I'm sure many can empathize with how challenging it can be to find quality contractors these days, but Rey is the exception.
