Initially, I had plans to utilize the services of Pick Up Movers, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, my moving plans had to be altered. Yet, I must express my gratitude towards Frank as he remained helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Excellent experience! I intend to rely on them for any future moving requirements. Frank was highly attentive and communicative. I made sure to inform them about the updated inventory days prior to the pickup, and Frank provided me with detailed information. No surprises when it came to pricing.
It's difficult to express my gratitude towards Dimitry and his assistant. They exceeded my expectations with their exceptional communication during the delivery process. Additionally, they were prompt and handled everything with great care. I would rate their services a perfect 10/10!

Although the price offered was great and ultimately agreed upon with some discussion, the only drawbacks were the communication and the delay causing an unwanted impact on my personal life. I had requested the move to be made on a Friday, but was informed of a one-day buffer applied for long distance moves. Despite this, I had requested the team to try their best to execute the move on a Friday, as my anniversary was scheduled for the following day. However, the team called back on Thursday to inform me that the move would have to be postponed till Saturday. Although I was disappointed, I understood the reason and accepted it. Nevertheless, the movers did not show up until 1 pm on Saturday. As the move was from Georgia to North Carolina, we did not reach the destination until 10:30 that night, and there were no updates shared on their delay during this period. This lack of communication was disheartening and had me even doubting if it was a scam, as I did not receive any call-backs or updates for a whole day. Overall, the movers were friendly, and everything else was satisfactory - but I would have preferred better communication.
