Luis was the sole individual to contact me, and he executed the project with incredible swiftness and professionalism. This particular endeavor was rather unique. At our apartment complex, there is a baby grand piano that desperately needed tuning and had several keys that were malfunctioning. We have a Ukrainian family that arrived here after fleeing their home country in September of last year. Their 9-year-old daughter plays the instrument exquisitely, and she can be heard practicing almost every evening. I approached the apartment manager to inquire whether it was possible to repair the piano on behalf of this gifted young musician, and she agreed. That's when I located Luis, and it couldn't have gone better! Luis was highly personable and professional, and he took extra care in his work because he had the opportunity to meet the family and witness their joy and tears of elation when they realized that their daughter's beloved piano would be fixed. It's a wonderful and heartwarming tale. Tremendous job, Luis!!!
