I am thrilled to have come across Pianos by Preston. Their work is exceptional and even though he had previously contracted Covid, the technician wore a mask as a precaution. Our piano was severely out of tune after being transported to our new residence by movers, but thanks to their expertise, it now sounds heavenly! My praise is high for their services and I highly recommend them.

I enlisted Preston based on his background, yet his assistant with limited experience in piano tuning arrived. I was not informed that Preston would not perform the task. I am frustrated that I was misled since there were ample chances to be honest. Moreover, I cannot find any other information about other staff members on the website. This lack of transparency is concerning.

We had a wonderful experience with Pianos by Preston, as they were very comprehensive and sincere. Our piano, which had not been tuned in years, now sounds fantastic.
