With more than 30 years of experience teaching the piano to students of all ages, and over 40 years performing as a concert pianist, I am here to help you enhance your musical skills. As a beginner or someone who has played for years, my traditional teaching approach will help you master the art of playing the piano. This includes reading music, theory, technical skills, ear training, and performance opportunities which will give you a fulfilling experience.
My teaching method will vary depending on your age, level, and your musical objectives. I teach a variety of musical styles, primarily focusing on classical, but other genres as well. I get immense joy from seeing my students progress in their skill and express themselves through the music they learn.
In addition to teaching, I also perform as a digital recording pianist and accompanist. I can play solo as well as a part of a trio with violin, cello, and piano to make your special event unforgettable with beautiful music. As an accompanist, I can record any piano accompaniment for your vocal or instrumental pieces. High-quality digital recording will be provided for both slower rehearsal tempo and performance tempo without any live meetings for rehearsing necessary. Please message me for my rates.

Renata is an exceptional piano instructor! I sought her tutelage at an unusual age, as I was 14 and possessed a deep understanding of music, yet struggled to play the piano proficiently. This issue caused me much frustration. However, Renata devised ways to motivate and challenge me, whilst adapting to my level of piano proficiency. I gained extensive knowledge of various aspects of piano, including technique, performance, and musicality. My admiration for Renata's teaching abilities compelled me to continue taking lessons from her for almost four years, until my departure for college.
