Richard was amazing. He displayed kindness and professionalism, and was highly focused on details. Additionally, his rate was unbeatable. Our piano sounds fantastic thanks to his work. He truly revitalized it! Without a doubt, I will continue to choose him for my needs.

Richard displayed exceptional politeness, thoroughness, and honesty throughout the tuning process. Although it took slightly longer than anticipated, this can be attributed to the age of my piano - it's a remarkable 120 years old and has rusty hardware, plus it hasn't been tuned in some time. While tuning, one of the strings unfortunately snapped, yet Richard kindly refrained from charging me for the replacement. Naturally, I covered the cost of it, and I have no doubt that I will be engaging his services again for my future tuning requirements :)
