There is no one better than Wallace. He is highly skilled in handling all sorts of pianos, even the old-fashioned paper scroll and upright ones along with the player piano. Apart from this, he also takes care of the structure and accessories, which is quite impressive. When our piano bench needed repair, he not only tuned the piano but also refurbished the bench. Wallace is exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous, and we prefer his service over any other.
