I'm uncertain about the quality of the counseling services as I was unable to proceed beyond the discourteous phone receptionist. I had submitted an online request for a consultation but had received no response. Upon inquiring, the receptionist bluntly informed me that she did not check the web. When I questioned the necessity of having an online portal if it was not monitored, she rudely asserted that it was not her responsibility as she was not responsible for its creation. If the initial point of contact cannot provide a compassionate response, I am hesitant to pursue any interactions with this organization.

The counselors, led by Kelly, are an extraordinary group of individuals! When other counselors failed to provide assistance to my daughter and family, they came through. Their secret lies in their ability to see you as a distinct person, not as just another client. Kelly is wholeheartedly committed to her clients and treats them as if they are part of her own family. Throughout the whole process, we felt as if she was a part of our family. Whenever I required advice or guidance in a difficult situation, she was always available to help, almost anytime. I cannot speak highly enough about Kelly and her team's supportive and curative efforts. I confidently recommend them to others, knowing that they will receive the best care in the valley!
