As a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University and a professional sports massage therapist, I have developed expertise in leading teams of fellow therapists. For eight years, my teams have been proud to work with the RAGNAR relay marathon team in the Midwest. My experience spans a wide range of athletes, from weight lifters to triathletes, marathon runners, collegiate and professional athletes.
Having collaborated with multidisciplinary teams across athletic training, chiropractic and orthopedic disciplines, I am passionate about what I do. This has spurred me on to open not one, but two offices: the first in Saint Louis Park, MN at 5009 Excelsior Blvd, Suite 100, and the second in West Des Moines, IA at The Self Care Center on 950 Office Park Rd #221.
