However, after working with her for almost a year, she can now sit and use her hands, transition from lying down to sitting up, and communicate and comply with instructions. Despite other therapists' pessimism about her ability to walk, with assistance, my mother can now bear her own weight while standing. I am forever grateful for the therapist's expertise and positivity. He consistently provided useful information and solutions, and because of him, my mom regained some independence.
