A month ago, he assured us of delivering our wedding video. Nonetheless, he hasn't been responsive since then, despite our patience. Now, it's been two months since our wedding, and the situation is rather frustrating. Although he was wonderful to work with on the wedding day, I can't recommend someone who doesn't respond or communicate effectively.
