While I was out of town, Janna took care of my 12-year-old pup for the night and provided her with some company. Janna was very considerate and professional. Additionally, I had neglected to attend to a matter before I left, but Janna had been very understanding and supportive. I am now more than pleased to recommend her to all my friends. My two feral cats are very reclusive and only come out for me. I had informed Janna that they wouldn't make an appearance when she visited, but I was proven wrong. The cat that is timid even around me was affectionately greeting Janna. She truly is remarkable.

Our sensitive cat appeared happier and more well-adjusted than we are used to seeing upon our return after a few days thanks to Janna's exceptional care. We will certainly request her services again for our other pets!

She responded to my service offer by stating that it was not sufficient care for a cat and that she would only accept the job if she could visit daily. I found it bothersome that she assumed she knew what was best for my cat. To give context, my cat becomes anxious around unfamiliar individuals, so my only request was for someone to ensure his basic needs were met a few times a week while I was away. My vet advised that interacting with a stranger could harm him instead of helping. While I acknowledge that she may have meant well for cats overall, she should be cautious about assuming she knows best for someone else's beloved pet.

Janna successfully helped Asher take his pill, fulfilling the primary purpose of her services and resulting in a smooth experience.
