The home addition and remodel that was completed by Phillip Price Construction was exceptional. My spouse and I were wary of choosing the right contractor since we had no prior experience with home remodeling. However, Phil and Nick, his son, impressed us with their swift and lucid communication. They were knowledgeable and reviewed the detailed quote with us. As the construction commenced, they progressed expeditiously through each phase while keeping us informed and ensuring we made decisions in a timely manner. All our concerns and worries about contractors were quickly dispelled as we commenced the project. Over the five months we worked with them, we developed a close relationship and enjoyed the entire process, which was far more manageable than we anticipated. Overall, they completed the project within the budget and slightly earlier than expected. With multiple quotes on offer, we were impressed by the team's precision in detailing each aspect of the project, alongside their knowledgeable, professional, and amicable demeanor. Phil and Nick, alongside their skilled crew, held themselves to high standards, ensuring that our specific requirements were met with precision. Thanks to Nick's meticulousness, we were even able to use large-format tiles on our shower floor through a specialized linear drain.
