My primary aim is to assist my clients in bridging the gap between their current state and their desired outcome. To achieve this, I offer a comprehensive lifestyle coaching strategy, encompassing personal training, nutrition, meal preparation guidance, as well as continuous follow-up and accountability. My programs are adaptable and provide the same top-notch quality, whether conducted in-person or virtually. My expertise lies in weight loss, flexibility, muscle gain, and athletic conditioning. I offer workout plans that incorporate a plethora of training techniques - weight training, resistance training, kettlebell, boxing/kickboxing, TRX, and several other specialties. It has been approximately two weeks since Phillip and I began our collaboration. During this time, I have received cutting-edge coaching on nutrition and supplements, as well as sincere care and encouragement that have established the groundwork for starting to succeed! I used to experience chronic pain from severe osteoarthritis, but have already observed a 40% reduction in pain. Phillip has gradually introduced a combination of alternating upper and lower body strength-building exercises coupled with cardio on non-session days. We have also stayed in contact via text on other days to monitor my progress toward reaching my weight loss and toning goals by following a regimen focused on medical follow-ups and water intake. Without a doubt, Phillip is the most excellent trainer I have had the pleasure of working with. He not only motivated me considerably to regain my physical fitness but also tailored his approach to address all my health concerns and requirements. Additionally, he was incredibly accommodating of my schedule and introduced enjoyable workout routines that provided me with continued motivation even in his absence. It is unlikely that you will discover a superior trainer anywhere within the Treasure Valley.

Over the past few weeks, I have had the pleasure of working alongside Philip.
