The quoted price was not accurate as the provider consistently added extra charges, ranging from $70 to $150 every month. Furthermore, the provider mismanaged the equipment, causing pressure to build up and leading to the perforation of the filter. As a result, I had to install a new filter and an entirely new system altogether. The provider failed to show up for scheduled visits but still charged me for them. Despite initial friendliness, when I asked for help with replacing the filter, the provider did not respond for weeks while continuing to charge for maintenance. While their initial friendliness was appreciated, the provider's overall performance was lacking.
