He was quick to respond, incredibly cooperative and set me up with an absolutely fantastic piano player, Mark. His prompt and sincere service was nothing less than impressive. He went out of his way to help me when I needed it the most and was a huge help in arranging everything. Mark surpassed our expectations and was truly remarkable. He got our guests involved and entertained throughout the event. The feedback and messages we received the next morning were heartwarming and reflected positively on his performance.
