When I attempted to sell my house by myself, I took photographs using my mobile phone. However, I wasn't successful in selling the property. Following this, I received a message from Patrick and decided to enlist his services. He captured great pictures, which I then uploaded on zillow. Within one week, I managed to receive a contract for the sale of the house. I am grateful to Patrick for his help in this regard and will be moving out soon.

My condo was listed with a realtor for three months, but I wasn't satisfied with the results, as there were hardly any showings. I voiced my displeasure with the agent regarding the low-quality photos taken via cellphone, but my objections fell on deaf ears. Ultimately, I managed to terminate the contract with much difficulty and hired a new agent with a clear instruction: "I want professional photos or I'm not proceeding."
