Since March 2020, I have been training with Josh at PWT and have witnessed incredible progress in my strength, mobility, and overall health. Josh took the time to comprehend my medical history and tailor his program to my injuries resulting from several severe auto accidents. Prior to his training, medical professionals had told me that I would never be able to perform push-ups or recover strength in my shoulder.
