He arrived in the afternoon with a new heater and exhausted fan, eliminating any worry on my part about finding a suitable replacement. What particularly impressed me was that he was meticulous with ensuring his shoes didn't track dirt throughout the house. He brought his covers, which he changed frequently, taking them off when climbing up to the attic, and putting them back on when he came back to the room. I could see him going in and out of the attic multiple times, but his feet were always clean. His attention to cleanliness was a breath of fresh air.
