The front and sides of our house look incredible after Norm's outstanding landscaping work! He cleverly incorporated our existing plants into a stunning design and made it easy for us to mow the lawn. Norm was courteous and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the project. Our company lawn underwent a magnificent renovation by Petalpusher Landscaping. They meticulously eradicated all weeds, edged the borders, pruned the bushes and applied mulch. Our landscape clean-up and flower-planting were completed amazingly well by Norm and his team. He was friendly and listened carefully to our needs. After realizing my front yard landscaping was outdated, overgrown, and unsightly, I decided to uproot everything. I reached out to Norm and left a message. Much to my surprise, he responded the same day and, given the pandemic, thoroughly discussed the project with me over the phone. Norm visited the next day, gathered measurements and photos, and promised an estimate by the following day. True to his word, he provided me with a reasonable quote. Unfortunately, my budget was tight due to Covid-related work limitations, so I had to inform Norm I couldn't move forward at that time. Norm understood and expressed appreciation for my candor. I hope to hire him by autumn and am grateful to have found someone who prioritizes responsiveness and client needs.
