Finding Monquie to groom my dog was such a relief and I'm thrilled about it. She made sure to create a secure environment for my dog who tends to get aggressive around other animals. Monquie exhibited patience while dealing with him during the drying process and also while trimming his nails, a task he certainly wasn't fond of. Despite his reluctance, she worked on his nails for about 15 minutes before deciding not to stress him out any further. Impressed with her professionalism, Monquie offered to try and work on his nails anytime in the future. The responsiveness and promptness she showed made the overall experience outstanding. Monique exceeded our expectations, surpassing a rating of 5 stars. She and her husband graciously cared for our four furry companions during our wedding weekend, and we trust them implicitly to be our sole pet sitters from here on out. Our senior pet required medication every eight hours, which Monique administered with precision and timeliness. She kept us updated with multiple photos and videos, always responding promptly to any inquiries. Our two St. Bernards also received the added service of a much-needed grooming session, a gesture that goes above and beyond what we could have hoped for.
