Rob was excellent - extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all my text messages. He exhibited great patience in answering my questions and was highly supportive in explaining the treatment he was undertaking and the necessary after-care for the flea issue. This service is both fast and convenient. I utilized it for two properties as other options were twice as expensive and required scheduling estimates. All my questions were immediately answered. It's a stark contrast to Orkin, which bombards you with a ten-minute sales pitch and charges four times the cost.
