After having just moved into my first apartment, I found myself dealing with an ant infestation. Despite contacting my apartment's pest control, my issue persisted. Being terrified of bugs, I was hesitant to stay in my apartment and even considered cancelling my lease after only a week. After seeking recommendations from a neighbor who had faced the same issue, I decided to hire a pest control company on my own. Using an app, I put in a request after hours and received a response from T.J. Thankfully, he was able to come out to my apartment first thing in the morning. T.J arrived on time, was professional and very informative. Despite my plethora of questions, he was patient and never seemed bothered. He helped me better understand the process and went above and beyond his job to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process. After one day, I saw a drastic decrease in the number of ants. T.J advised me to be patient and to allow the process to take its course. However, when my paranoia got the best of me, T.J came out twice in one day to inspect the area. Additionally, he followed up with me by returning to my apartment again to perform another inspection. T.J even located the source of my problem and thoroughly sprayed the hallways, nearby areas, and even towards my neighbor's property. I cannot express my appreciation enough for T.J and his professionalism. His work has made me feel comfortable knowing that the issue is finally being addressed.
