After beginning my career at World Gym in San Francisco, I moved on to train at the Jewish Community Center in the same city. However, when all gyms were shut down in 2020, I started my own personal training business. With experience training individuals aged 13 to 86 years, I hold a Weight Loss Certification and a personal training certification from NASM. I am dedicated to tailoring unique plans for each client and am passionate about my work. My services include 45 or 60 minute sessions, priced at $75 or $100, respectively. Additionally, I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, toning, achieving a lean physique, and training women who are pregnant or recently gave birth. Interested clients can reach out for a complimentary phone consultation and mini trial workout.
