As an experienced ACE Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Functional Aging Specialist, I also offer Mat Pilates and TRX training. My specialty lies in promoting weight loss and I achieve this through strength training, toning, flexibility, and circuit training tailored to your specific fitness goals. My workouts are both fun and challenging, with modifications offered as needed. My equipment range includes free weights, bands, medicine balls, Bosu, and TRX. I additionally have an advanced degree in Corrective Exercise, making me well-equipped to coach individuals with joint-related concerns.
For core strengthening, I offer Pilates and for stretching, Yoga. My personal training is available across Long Island, NY, including both in-home and studio training options in Garden City. My latest training location in Rockville Centre will open in early December, with PT packages available at reduced rates. I stay up-to-date on new fitness trends by reading journals and attending seminars. Above all, I take genuine pleasure in meeting new clients and empowering them to achieve their desired fitness outcomes.
