I am Gabriel, a highly experienced Personal Training Specialist who has been providing personalized fitness services for over 15 years since the age of 19. My approach is gentle but highly accurate, developed over years of research and working with thousands of clients from all walks of life, including high profile individuals. My aim is to help individuals improve their bodies through Personal Training, Group Fitness, Pilates instruction, Manual Stretching, and Fitness Nutrition Coaching, bringing them closer to becoming the best versions of themselves.
As a qualified National Academy of Sports Medicine – Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM CES), I have the skills to assess a client's specific injuries and movement disorders, and pinpoint the areas that need to be worked on. Unlike other beginner trainers who lack the knowledge to address the various movement disorders that hinder the average person, my advanced training allows me to create pain-free performance by tuning up the correct muscles and restoring lost movement and performance to muscles and joints. I am constantly upgrading my knowledge and am currently studying to become a certified Physical Therapist and Human Movement Specialist.
My services include one on one Personal Training, corrective training, Pilates instruction, manual assisted stretching, fitness nutrition coaching, and anti-inflammatory lifestyle coaching for individuals who want to live a pain-free life. I have removed or updated certain exercises and contraindicative movements that were once thought to be beneficial from the classical program to focus more on core strength, breathing muscles, posture, and support for joints. My expertise in Human Movement Technology and NASM Corrective Exercise allows me to update the classical Pilates repertoire in a manner that even the most accomplished Pilates practitioners have never experienced.
