My vision of optimal health and wellness encompasses various facets of our lifestyle and behaviors. Therefore, my approach to wellness is a multifaceted one, acknowledging the impact of balanced nutrition, physical activities, exercise, sleep, social and emotional wellness on our overall health. While I may not provide all services mentioned in the compendium, my training and coaching strategies are designed to prioritize each aspect of wellness to guide my clients through their journey effectively.

Being a certified clinical exercise physiologist, personal trainer, and health and nutrition coach, I take charge of evaluating, motivating, educating, and prescribing exercise regimes along with providing nutritional support and health behavior interventions for all individuals, even those with specific medical and physical requirements. I ensure that all my client’s programs are safe and effective, often collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Providing clients with a deb-free intimate setting for training is crucial, which is why I offer my private studio. I added an extra gym last year exclusively for small groups, couples, and families. Studio and gym pictures are available in my profile.

I offer a free consultation with all services, but onsite training requires proof of vaccination and booster shots for all individuals.
