For only $80, you can participate in remote personal training sessions. All you need is a small space for an exercise mat, a tablet or computer with Zoom, an exercise mat, and a pair of dumbbells. Currently, due to the health pandemic, only virtual training sessions are available, so please only reach out if you're interested. Keep in mind that messaging or checking availability comes at a cost.
If you're looking for in-person training, consider the following rates: 1 session for $115/hour, 10 sessions for $1000 ($100/hour), or 20 sessions for $1800 ($90/hour). If you'd like to have an extra person join, it'll cost $45.
As a personal trainer, I prioritize creating personalized exercise programs for each client based on their goals, abilities, and anatomy. By combining my expertise with each client's needs, I can offer valuable and safe advice on their fitness program and equipment.
