Description:

For only $80, you can participate in remote personal training sessions. All you need is a small space for an exercise mat, a tablet or computer with Zoom, an exercise mat, and a pair of dumbbells. Currently, due to the health pandemic, only virtual training sessions are available, so please only reach out if you're interested. Keep in mind that messaging or checking availability comes at a cost.

If you're looking for in-person training, consider the following rates: 1 session for $115/hour, 10 sessions for $1000 ($100/hour), or 20 sessions for $1800 ($90/hour). If you'd like to have an extra person join, it'll cost $45.

As a personal trainer, I prioritize creating personalized exercise programs for each client based on their goals, abilities, and anatomy. By combining my expertise with each client's needs, I can offer valuable and safe advice on their fitness program and equipment. My clients continue working with me because of my energy and motivation. I work hard to cultivate a warm and trusting environment that encourages clients to reach their health and wellness goals.

I engaged in a total of 20 sessions with Henry spanning over a period of 5 months. Thanks to his efforts, I was able to get in good shape just in time for the 4 weddings I had to attend. With his guidance, I was able to shed a total of 14 pounds while also achieving a flattened stomach and toned arms. Henry is an excellent trainer who met all my needs. I required someone who not only possessed the right expertise, but also had a good understanding of my postpartum condition and ankle problem, as well as my aspirations. Henry fit the bill perfectly. He is always on time, prompt in responding, highly motivating, and extremely methodical when it comes to exercises, displaying a deep knowledge of proper postures and movements.
