Treat/prevent chronic conditions such as back pain, joint pain, diabetes management and weight loss with my strength training exercises. This form of training is anti-aging and promotes longevity. We will co-create an exercise plan that aligns with your goals, fits into your lifestyle and is enjoyable. I offer full-service sessions in my in-home studio or bring equipment to your location.

With my guidance, I have a long history of helping clients reach their fitness goals. I help uncover hidden talents and strengths to personalize each session towards strength, mobility, and whole person health. Safety and Health is our top priority. I am fully vaccinated, and my studio is Covid prepped with a UVC lamp, and wiped down with an iodine/peroxide/green cleaner solution. Masks are optional, and all four windows are kept open.
