In my professional journey, I've been fortunate enough to work on inspiring projects and meet influential and creative individuals. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of Virginia in 2015 and worked at Colonial Williamsburg in various culinary positions. After that, I moved to Waypoint Seafood and Grille where I was mentored by the renowned Chef Hans Schadler, and had memorable experiences cooking for celebrities like Ozzy Osbourne and Richard Petty.
Later, I joined The Williamsburg Winery as their Banquet Chef and successfully executed high-profile corporate events, weddings, marketing events, and concerts with up to 2,200 attendees. During my time at the winery, I also had the opportunity to cook for Jason Mraz, LeAnn Rimes, Andy Grammar, Max, and Hanson among others.
I then became the Executive Chef at Kelsick Specialty Market in Gloucester, where I achieved several culinary feats such as featuring in Virginia Living Magazine and The Local Scoop and even learned beekeeping and brewing beer.
Before starting my own private chef business in September 2021, I was the Executive Chef at Creekside Cafe and Market in Hayes, Virginia. Today, my private chef business is booming, and I couldn't be more grateful for the support that led me to where I am today. Chef Taylor was the highlight of our family vacation to VA Beach. He exceeded our expectations and made our trip unforgettable. Taylor was hired to cater my husband's 30th birthday dinner, and I must say, it was a splendid experience. From the very first inquiry to the actual day of the event, Taylor's responsiveness and willingness to answer our questions was highly commendable. The three-course meal was exceptional, cooked from scratch with a personal touch by Taylor himself. The best part was not having to worry about cleaning up after the meal. The experience was fantastic, as all the attendees of my dinner party thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The menu was not only delectable but also aligned with the theme I had in mind. I immensely appreciated the fact that I did not have to fret about cooking, serving or clearing up afterwards.
