Perfection 1st Construction

We were extremely pleased with our decision to hire Juan from Perfection 1st. Although the job took a little longer than expected, the end results were fantastic. Juan's expertise in framing, drywalling, painting, and building a closet, along with his associate's installation of 4 new outlets and a light, were all top-notch. Even though the original estimate was for a 2-week project, it ended up taking 2 weeks and 3 days, but we appreciated Juan's dedication to perfection. He could have rushed to finish three days earlier, but he made it clear that he wouldn't settle for anything less than excellent work, and neither would we. For anyone seeking a friendly, professional, and skilled contractor, we highly recommend Perfection 1st.

In December 2022, I acquired a historic residence and enlisted Juan to paint the first level. However, as time progressed, I began appending additional tasks which soon transmuted into a comprehensive three-week project involving painting, carpentry, electrical work and more. Juan remained adaptable and responsive throughout the process whilst providing his valuable assistance. Given the unique nature of historic dwellings, Juan and Dustin diligently went above and beyond the call of duty. I am absolutely delighted with the exquisite outcome of my home!

Working with Juan was an exceptional experience. He exhibited excellent responsiveness and effective communication skills. He also made sure to send me photos throughout the work process since I wasn't able to be there in person.

Amidst the blizzard on December 23rd, he arrived to provide me with an estimate and wasted no time in finishing the task as soon as the weather cleared. It was an exceptional encounter.

Throughout both my personal and professional life, I have had experience working with a plethora of contractors. However, I must say that the company in question is absolutely astounding. They go above and beyond to ensure that you fully understand each step of the process; additionally, if there is any opportunity to save you money or enhance the final result, they will provide you with all available options. The team is incredibly punctual and strives to complete tasks in a timely manner. When the owner of the company was called to remodel my living room, it was clear that a complete renovation was necessary due to its age and lack of straightness in construction. Despite these factors, the young man completed the project to a level of perfection that made the room appear perfectly straight and proportional. I was so impressed by his talent that I asked him to construct a barn for my horses during his time off, and he excelled at that endeavor as well. I am so confident in this company's abilities and trustworthiness that I happily refer them to my clients; this is not something I usually do, but I make an exception for this exceptional company. I cannot stress enough how wonderful and truthful they are in all aspects, and it's rare to find a company with such a high level of integrity. I am eager to work with them on my next project in the spring and wish them all the best in their future endeavors. Unfortunately, I am unable to share photographs of my amazing new living room, as my house was destroyed by a tornado, and all of my files were lost. However, I can say with absolute confidence that this company will not disappoint - I am genuinely in awe of their work and will continue to use them for any project they can undertake.
