Perfect Cleaning Services

Due to an injury, I required a one-time cleaning service. After receiving multiple offers, I went with the one that offered the best price and availability. Our house is usually kept very clean, with deep cleaning occurring every other week, so I only needed a standard cleaning for 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, mopping and vacuuming, with no deep cleaning or refrigerator cleaning required. However, following completion of the work, the daughter informed my daughter that the service cost $60 more than we had agreed to - supposedly due to an additional bathroom needing cleaning. Despite being skeptical, I did not argue. Upon inspecting the work, though, I realized that there was still hair in the kids' bathroom, the toilet was not properly cleaned, and the shower was left unattended. A standard cleaning should have involved scrubbing the toilet, sweeping up hair, and wiping down the shower everywhere. Additionally, I noticed that only a small area of the kitchen floor was mopped with a swiffer while the rest of the tile area was untouched. I was deeply disappointed with the quality of service and will not be hiring them again, nor will I be using CrackerJack again as they falsely claimed that I needed a contract to prove the agreed-upon price despite me providing text messages, pictures, and videos as evidence.
