Dealing with services like CrackerJack can turn into a nightmare, as I've unfortunately experienced firsthand. Despite giving this gentleman the opportunity to work on my daughter's nursery bathroom, the final result looked terrible despite him revisiting the project three times. It was only then that he disclosed he didn't have a nail gun to complete the job as necessary. Despite feeling sympathy for him, I paid the remaining $700 owed under the promise he would complete the work. However, he didn't show up as agreed and I had to contact him multiple times before receiving a response. Each time he gave another date, only to then cancel once again. As a result, I have several incomplete door frames with protruding nails and screws. This individual is a poor representation of businesses using CrackerJack.

I appreciate the way Juan ensures the quality of his work. When I hired him to paint my house exterior and install screen doors, everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. Additionally, Juan was consistently punctual.
